The new branch, settled after the cooperation with an ornamental fish distributor, will serve customers in Spain and Portugal.
Zolux Iberia has been formed as a venture between the French pet products manufacturer, distributor, and importer Pisciber Bio Secure Fishes.
Zolux built a 3,600 sqm warehouse in Abrera, 20 km from Barcelona (Spain). From this warehouse, they will offer nearly 3,500 Zolux and Laboratoire Francodex products for dogs, cats, aquarium fish, small mammals, and birds in Spain and Portugal.
The Zolux Group includes brands such as Laboratoire Francodex, Saint-Bernard, and Hopi, among others. It also operates outside France with subsidiaries in Europe; Bologna, Italy, and Poddębice, Poland. The company has 10 distribution sites with sales across 50 countries.
In September 2022, it inaugurated a 12,500 sqm facility in northern France to boost distribution.
Pisciber was founded 10 years ago from a merger between 2 Spanish pet store distributors.
